Disclaimer
Open Door Ukraine is a community initiative founded and operated by Dr Inna Borodavka and team, a certified medical practitioner in Ukraine with over 30 years of clinical experience. While her qualifications have been validated against UK medical equivalence standards, she is not licensed to practise medicine in the United Kingdom.
Scope of Services
Open Door Ukraine provides the following services:

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for seeking professional advice from appropriately licensed practitioners when necessary. Open Door Ukraine is not responsible for any outcomes related to medical treatment or decisions made independently by clients.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal information shared during consultations will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required. Client data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
Limitation and Liabilities

Open Door Ukraine cannot guarantee outcomes from mentoring, coaching, or interpretation services.

Inna Borodavka is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of services.

Services are offered on a voluntary and donation-supported basis. While every effort is made to provide professional guidance, clients participate at their own risk.
Bookings and Consultations

All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or agreed channels.

Free initial consultations are offered at the discretion of Open Door Ukraine.

Sessions may be conducted in-person, online, or via video call, depending on availability and mutual agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, resources, and materials provided by Open Door Ukraine are the intellectual property of Dr Inna Borodavka and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
